Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

PMVSN LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

Questions, requests and complaints about this notice: hello@pmvsn.net. Messages sent through nexus.pmvsn.net are answered from nexus@pmvsn.net.

2. What we collect and why

Messages you send us: your name, email address, telephone number and message, with the button and page you wrote from. We use them to answer your enquiry.

AI search: the question you type into the search box, used only to suggest matching services. We do not store your questions. Please do not type personal data into the search.

Visit statistics: the pages you view, the buttons you click, the site that sent you, the campaign tags in the link, your device and browser, and your IP address. We use them only to count visits and keep the site secure, never to identify you. Nothing you type into a form is recorded.

We use no cookies for visitors. The only things the site keeps in your browser are the language you pick with a flag, so that the site opens in that language next time, and, for a moment while the site switches to your language, the address of the site that sent you.

We do not collect more than these purposes need, and this site makes no decisions about you by automated means.

3. Legal basis and consent

We handle the details you send us on the basis of your consent under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You give it by ticking the box in the contact form; a message reaches us only when the box is ticked, and the email we receive, with the time it was sent, is our record of your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@pmvsn.net. Withdrawal does not affect what was done before it.

4. News and offers

We send you news and offers about PMVSN and Nexus services only if you agree to it separately. Sending us a message is not that agreement. If you agree, you may withdraw your agreement at any time by writing to hello@pmvsn.net or by replying to any such message; we then stop, and keep only a note that you do not wish to be contacted.

5. Who receives your data

We use trusted service providers to run the site and deliver your messages to us. They act only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

The question you type into the AI search is used only to suggest matching services and is not stored.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We may disclose data where the law requires it, including under UAE anti-money laundering law, and we may be prohibited by law from telling you that we have done so.

6. How long we keep it

Your messages and contact details are kept while we are in contact with you about your enquiry, and afterwards only as long as needed to follow it up or as the law requires.

If your enquiry leads to an engagement, its records are kept for the periods the law requires: anti-money laundering records for at least five years from the end of the business relationship or the transaction (Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025), and payment, invoice and contract records for seven years after the end of the tax period (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022, Article 56).

Visit statistics are kept no longer than needed to compile our statistics.

7. Security

Your personal data is encrypted, in transit and at rest, and kept secure on our company cloud. Access within PMVSN LLC is restricted to authorised personnel.

8. Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, to withdraw your consent, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@pmvsn.net. We will answer within the period the law requires.

When you ask us to erase your data, we delete it except the records the law requires us to keep; those are deleted when the period the law requires has ended.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

9. Nexus orders

Orders for the Nexus Risk Score and Risk Report are covered by the Nexus Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice, shown in the order form before you pay.

10. Governing law, language and changes

This notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

This notice is also provided in Russian and Arabic. As far as the law allows, the English version prevails if the versions differ.

When we change this notice, we publish the new version on this page with its date.
